How are the pieces made?

Items are made of porcelain to create the soft, smooth exteriors her pieces are known for. You may notice that the more these pieces are used, the softer they become.

Why does the actual item look different from the photos?

We have taken necessary steps to keep the colours accurate and the items properly represented. Actual colours of the products may still vary slightly due to photography and device settings.

How are orders shipped?

Products are securely packed and shipped from Australia with Australia Post or a courier. Shipping fees for orders will be calculated accordingly upon check out.

Items will be shipped within 7 days of order.

How should I care for my pieces?

All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, and can be washed with any dish soap. No special handling required.

Please note that as every piece is individually handcrafted, I am unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images of the outer box, the damage on the item and the shipping label.
